“Come join us, Bob!” Mia’s mom said with a smile. Bob looked around and saw everyone helping each other. They passed food and shared stories.
Bob felt something new inside—a warm feeling of belonging. “This feels nice,” he thought, watching how everyone cared for one another.
Mia noticed his smile and said, “Families are about love and honesty.”

“I didn’t take it,” Mia said quietly.
Bob thought for a moment and then spoke up. “I saw the wind blow it away.”
Everyone laughed and thanked Bob for telling the truth.
